Originally this was going to be a minotaur mask. I constructed the cone-like head from big coils, made big ol' horns out of slabs of clay, and sculpted over a number of nights. But it just wasn't coming together. I faced the decision of completing the mediocre minotaur, or trying something else. It was late. I turned the mask around, squished up all the eyes and stuff I'd worked on, and made the mask into this nasty, wrinkly pig. Or rat. Or something. Anyways, it's much too heavy to wear, way too heavy to put on a wall.
